Welcome! Below you will find the rules and terms regarding purchases on our server. By buying points, premium, outfits, or other virtual goods, you accept these terms.
Witamy! Poniżej znajdują się zasady i warunki dotyczące zakupów na naszym serwerze. Kupując punkty, premium, outfity lub inne dobra wirtualne, akceptujesz te zasady.
Scope of service / Zakres usług
Purchased points, premium days, outfits, and other virtual goods are intended solely for use on the AntariaServer game server. They have no real-world value.
Zakupione punkty, dni premium, outfity i inne dobra wirtualne przeznaczone są wyłącznie do użytku na serwerze gry AntariaServer. Nie mają wartości w świecie rzeczywistym.
Finality of purchase / Brak zwrotów
All purchases are final. Once points/items are added to the player's account, refunds are not possible. Exceptions: failed or uncredited transactions — in that case, the user may contact the administration for review and possible resolution.
Wszystkie zakupy są ostateczne. Po dodaniu punktów/przedmiotów na konto gracza, zwroty nie są możliwe. Wyjątki: nieudane lub niezaksięgowane transakcje — w takim przypadku użytkownik może skontaktować się z administracją w celu weryfikacji i ewentualnego rozwiązania problemu.
Item transfer / Przenoszenie przedmiotów
Purchased items (in-game items) may be traded or sold within the game. Premium days and points are non-transferable and tied to the user's account. Selling items outside the game for real money is strictly prohibited.
Zakupione przedmioty (itemy w grze) mogą być wymieniane lub sprzedawane w grze. Dni premium i punkty są przypisane do konta i nie mogą być przenoszone. Sprzedaż przedmiotów poza grą za prawdziwe pieniądze jest surowo zabroniona.
Acceptance / Akceptacja regulaminu
By purchasing points, premium, or other items, the user confirms they have read and accepted these rules.
Kupując punkty, premium lub inne przedmioty, użytkownik potwierdza, że zapoznał się z regulaminem i go akceptuje.
User data / Dane użytkownika
Purchases are tied to the user's account. The user is responsible for the account's security. The server is not liable for lost or compromised accounts.
Zakupy są powiązane z kontem użytkownika. Użytkownik jest odpowiedzialny za bezpieczeństwo swojego konta. Serwer nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za utracone lub skompromitowane konta.
Server responsibility / Odpowiedzialność serwera
The server reserves the right to revoke items or suspend accounts in case of rule violations or system abuse. No refunds are granted in such cases.
Serwer zastrzega sobie prawo do cofnięcia przedmiotów lub zawieszenia kont w przypadku naruszenia zasad lub nadużyć systemowych. W takich przypadkach nie przysługuje zwrot pieniędzy.
Payment processing / Realizacja płatności
All payments are processed via a trusted payment provider (e.g., HotPay). Items are credited only after successful transaction verification.
Wszystkie płatności są realizowane za pośrednictwem zaufanego dostawcy płatności (np. HotPay). Przedmioty są dodawane dopiero po pomyślnej weryfikacji transakcji.
Data protection / Ochrona danych
User data used for payment and account management are handled according to applicable laws (e.g., GDPR). Data is not shared with third parties without consent.
Dane użytkownika wykorzystywane do płatności i zarządzania kontem są przetwarzane zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami (np. RODO). Dane nie są udostępniane osobom trzecim bez zgody użytkownika.
Changes to rules / Zmiany regulaminu
The server reserves the right to update these rules at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Users making purchases after changes accept the new terms.
Serwer zastrzega sobie prawo do aktualizacji regulaminu w dowolnym momencie. Zmiany wchodzą w życie natychmiast po publikacji. Użytkownicy dokonujący zakupów po zmianach akceptują nowe warunki.
